Internal lime plastering

Subsequently, the room was fully boarded out using Savolit board to create a stable and level substrate. All board joints were meticulously reinforced with 100 mm scrim tape, which was bedded into coats of lime plaster to provide enhanced strength, improved crack resistance, and long-term durability. Three coats of Limecote plaster were then applied in succession, with each layer expertly trowelled by hand to achieve a smooth, uniform, and high-quality finish throughout the space. In addition, stainless steel beads were installed at all external corners and vulnerable edges to deliver crisp detailing and robust protection against impact and wear.
